PLUTO

Pluto
The earth travels around the sun in 365 days, which is what we call 1 year, now looking at Pluto, it takes almost 248 Earth years to travels around the sun. What this means, is that, when Pluto has traveled around the sun just once, the Earth has traveled around the Sun almost 247.92 times.
What is happening ? Why does it take so long ?
Pluto's Mean Orbit Velocity (the speed which it is traveling) - Metric: 17,096 km/h
compared to that of the earth which is Metric: 107,229 km/h
Pluto is travelling much slower than Earth. To further add to the reason why it takes pluto so long to travel around the sun, is the distance away from the sun. Compared to earth the distance that Pluto has to travel is a graet deal more.
More stats below..................

Pluto has only one moon, weel one that we know of.
